Brown Sugar Dragon Chicken

Ingredient List:

4 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts

Salt
-
Pepper

Brown Sugar

Dragon Spit Candy Salsa
NOTE: This dish can be put over rice, tortillas, salad or stand alone by itself!

Season thin-sliced raw chicken breast with a dash of salt and pepper

Add 1 to 2 tsp of brown sugar (or as desired)

Evenly spread on both sides of chicken breast (this is best achieved in a mixing bowl so that the chicken can marinate in the seasoning for a few minutes)

After 5-8 minutes, flip chicken repeat for a more "grilled chicken" effect.

Once the chicken breasts are cooked through and have a blackened grill texture, remove them from the skillet

Add 2 Tbsp of Dragon Spit Candy Salsa (with or without juice) over chicken breasts as garnishment
