Fiery Sweet Dragon Shrimp

Ingredient List:

  • 2 lbs Large Fresh Tiger Shrimp

  • 1 Jar Dragon Spit Candy

  • 1 large onion

  • 2 large Green Peppers

NOTE: I recommend using a grill opposed to pan fry for this recipe. I'm sure that pan fry will work fine, the flavors coming off of the grill will be much better.

  1. Turn grill on to medium heat 

  2. If using wooden skewers, let soak in water for awhile

  3. Chop onion and green pepper into large pieces

  4. Separate Dragon Candy from Liquid (do not strain the seeds out)

  5. Add shrimp, onion, green pepper and piece of Dragon Candy onto a skewer (alternating each piece)

  6. After grill is heated, add skewers to top rack.

  7. Using a basting brush, generously brush Dragon Candy Liquid onto skewers

  8. Cook 2-3 minutes (until shrimp is pink) and flip skewers

  9. Again, brush Candy Liquid onto skewers

  10. Let cook an additional 2-3 minutes

  11. Serve with rice or anything that you fancy!
