Colorado Green Chili

Ingredient List:

  • 4 lb pork roast (clean and cubed with fat removed)

  • jars Dragon Spit Verde Salsa

  • 2 cans Rotel

  • 4 cans diced green chilis

  • 1 Large Onion

  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 four cup containers of chicken broth

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • Pinch of ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Brown pork and remove (set aside)

  2. Brown onions in olive oil

  3. Add meat to onions

  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly

  5. Cook 3 hours on medium-low temp ​(stirring every half hour)

NOTE: You may also transfer to crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours
