Colorado Green Chili

Ingredient List:

4 lb pork roast (clean and cubed with fat removed)

2 jars Dragon Spit Verde Salsa
-
2 cans Rotel
-
4 cans diced green chilis
-
1 Large Onion
-
6 cloves garlic (minced)

2 four cup containers of chicken broth
-
1 tsp Oregano
-
Pinch of ground cloves
Directions:

Brown pork and remove (set aside)
-
Brown onions in olive oil
-
Add meat to onions
-
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
-
Cook 3 hours on medium-low temp ​(stirring every half hour)
​
NOTE: You may also transfer to crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours
